PRELIMINARY EVALUATION RESULT 

In this section, a general assessment of the Self-Evaluation Report and the Remote Access Folder is written; items found to be missing in the report and Remote Access Folder, topics requiring additional information, and topics with deficiencies in expression are listed here, and one of the options below is selected.


Accepted

( ) The Self-Evaluation Report and Remote Access Folder have been accepted. Visit planning may commence.
( ) The Self-Evaluation Report and Remote Access Folder have been accepted. Visit planning may commence; however, additional information is being requested from the Program to be completed before the visit.

Revision

( )    Additional information is being requested to be forwarded to MiAK-MAK because the Self-Evaluation Report and/or Remote Access Folder were found to be incomplete.

Rejected

( )    The Self-Evaluation Report and Remote Access Folder have been found to be insufficient and/or unacceptable. The relevant Program is required to prepare a Self-Evaluation Report or complete the deficiencies in the Report in a manner meeting the conditions of the relevant period until the next MiAK-MAK Accreditation Period.
